How to Read a Biorhythm Chart

Positive and negative phases

A line above zero is conventionally called a positive phase; below zero is a negative phase. A crossing of the zero line is often called a “critical day” in traditional biorhythm terminology.

Don't confuse interpretation with evidence

The graph is mathematically determined by birth date and cycle length. Claims that its position predicts real-world performance or risk are a separate claim and are not scientifically established.
